One-to-One Grooming

Your dog is groomed one-to-one wherever possible, meaning they’re never rushed and receive our full attention from start to finish. This is especially important for anxious, nervous, senior or puppy clients.

We limit the number of dogs we groom each day so we can focus on calm handling, detailed finishing and the overall experience not just speed. This allows us to take the time your dog actually needs, rather than fitting them into a conveyor belt schedule.

Direct Communication

You book and communicate directly with us not through an automated booking system. This means we can note changes in your dog’s coat, behaviour, health or grooming requirements and adjust their groom accordingly.
