Payment
Payments will be taken upfront via a banking link. Any add ons on the day will be charged via card payment after your consultation and before the service begins.
Cancellation
Once bookings are confirmed, they are non refundable. However, if you wish to change your booking, you can do this before 5 days prior to your booking.

Collection
We will call or message you 10/15 minutes before your dog is ready to be collected. Please do not turn up without us calling prior as you may have to wait around and the dogs get easily distracted.

Late drop off and collection charge
If you are more than 15 minutes late to either drop off or collect your dog, you will be charged £10 for every 15 minutes you are overdue.
Consultation period
Your pup will receive a complimentary one to one consultation with one of our groomers. This will last around 15 minutes and will be used to discuss your dogs temperament, any specific grooming requirements and highlight any health issues you dog may have. Our groomer will also check for fleas, if they are present, a flea treatment will need to be carried out and paid for before the grooming service begins.

We are based in Hackney, our address is Unit 83, Containerville, 1 Emma Street E2 9FP. Our nearest stations are Cambridge Heath, Bethnal Green and London Fields. Please arrive at Gate F or Gate D of Containerville, buzz number 83 and you will be buzzed in by one of our groomers. Our unit is located on the ground floor in the courtyard area. Just to note, there are two different Containerville locations, one canal side and one Emma Street side, we are in the Emma Street complex. Appointment arrival times
Your booking time will include your one to one consultation. We do advise that all owners and dogs arrive around 5 minutes prior to their appointment.​
Collection and drop off service
This is available upon request. Prices start from £15 and are dependent on location.
Pregnant dogs
Unfortunately if your dog is pregnant we are unable to carry out any of our services as this is very harmful to both your dog and their unborn puppies.
In season dogs
We do allow in season dogs, however this is down to the owners discretion and temperament of dog when in season. If your dog comes into season after you have made a booking with us and you’d like to change your appointment, just drop us an email and we will happily reschedule this for you.
Puppies
We have a puppy package specifically tailored to introducing your dog to the dog grooming world. You can find more info on this service here. Puppy age is cut off at 9 months old.
Unsatisfied with your doggos groom?
No problem! We are open to feedback and we will do our best to put it right. If you are unhappy with what we’ve delivered please get in touch and we will ensure that your feedback in taken into consideration for future grooms. Unfortunately we are unable to offers refunds on our services.

Badly behaved pups
Unfortunately if your pup is badly behaved or causes disruption during their appointment or harm towards our groomers we will have to contact you to come and collect your dog. In this instance we are unable to offer a refund. We are very understanding in these situations and will always do our best to accommodate.

Anal gland expression
We do not perform anal gland expression as part of any service offering. We recommend that this process should only be performed by a vet.
